Some of my Favourite Tools

Without a doubt the web’s leading e-commerce plugin for WordPress. Need a shopping cart extension for WordPress? Look no further. The team behind WooCommerce are committing huge resources to the continual development of WooCommerce as well as complimentary plugins. The community behind WooCommerce is massive and their dedication can be seen in the quality of this free product.

Gravity Forms

Not just a contact form plugin, this premium forms plugin has a fantastic hooks, action and filter setup to allow developers plenty of control of how data is collected and shared. Well worth the premium fee!

Advanced Custom Fields

This is *the* most important WordPress plugin to have ever been created. The move from blogging tool to CMS was one of the major turns in the lifecycle of WordPress and this could not have been as successful without this fantastic plugin.

WordPress SEO by Yoast

It frustrates me when theme developers include SEO features within their themes. Not only is this not the remit of a theme – but there is no need. WordPress SEO does it all. This is my preferred SEO tool for WordPress and I make sure all my projects use this by default.
